You drop in a PDF or Word contract and Clment runs OCR, classifies it among more than 60 contract types, extracts key dates and gives it a risk score in one pass. Rules can be written by you, drafted with an AI wizard, or taken from Clment's default rulebook if you have none.
Teammates can be tagged on findings, comment and agree or disagree clause by clause, and anyone can ask questions about the contract and get answers with citations. When the other side sends back a revised version, Clment shows what changed. It is built by Contract Eagle and holds a SOC 2 Type II report.
