What is Character Creator?
Character Creator is Reallusion's desktop tool for building rigged 3D characters, from stylized to realistic, for games, film and animation. Version 5.2 adds an AI 3D character workflow, and characters can also be generated from photos.
You shape bodies and faces with morph sliders, set skin, hair, beards and outfits, then send the finished character to iClone, Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine or Unity. AccuRIG auto-rigs humanoid models, including multi-mesh and hard-surface ones, and lets you adjust skin weights and skeleton layouts.
AI Studio, now a standalone app, and AI points bundled with purchases handle the generative side, while Headshot turns photos into 3D heads. ActorMIXER mixes existing characters into new ones, and imported humanoid models can be converted to Character Creator bases for editing and animation.
