boxes.dev
PaidCloud Linux devboxes that run Claude Code and Codex agents for you
What is boxes.dev?
boxes.dev gives each coding agent its own cloud Linux machine preloaded with your development environment. You keep your existing Claude Code or Codex subscription and can start and steer agents from Slack, Linear, a schedule, an API call, desktop or phone.
Setup is handed to your own coding agent: it inspects env files, local databases and tools, drafts a migration plan, and once you approve a second agent makes the app run on the remote box. A snapshot of filesystem and memory lets every new devbox start in seconds.
Agents keep working after you close the laptop, and idle boxes go to sleep so you are not charged for them. You can tag the bot in a Slack thread, assign it a Linear issue, run nightly QA on a cron, and review diffs or open a terminal from the mobile app.
