BastionGPT is a private, healthcare-grade alternative to ChatGPT that lets clinicians use GPT, Claude and Gemini models on protected health information. It drafts clinical and therapy notes, transcribes sessions and summarizes long medical records.

The workspace picks a suitable model for each task automatically, or you can switch models yourself. Typical work includes SOAP notes, assessment reports, discharge summaries and patient letters written in the clinician's style, and summaries of documents up to about 1,000 pages.

Every plan, including the 7-day free trial, comes with a signed BAA, and the service also covers Canada's PIPEDA and Australia's APP. Data stays in an isolated environment and is not used to train public models, and chat and audio transcription are unlimited without per-minute billing.
