Arize AI

Arize AI provides observability and evaluation for machine learning models and LLM agents through its Arize AX platform and the open-source Arize Phoenix. Enterprises use it to trace agents, run evals and monitor model quality in production.

Phoenix is a free, self-hostable tool for tracing and evaluating LLM apps built on OpenTelemetry. Arize AX adds enterprise scale, online evaluations, monitors, an AI copilot for debugging and long data retention.

Arize grew out of traditional ML monitoring, so it also covers drift and performance tracking for classic models. AX has free and paid tiers metered by spans and data volume.
