Appsmith
Freemium · $15/moOpen-source low-code platform for internal tools and AI apps
What is Appsmith?
Appsmith lets developers build internal applications such as dashboards, admin panels and support tools by connecting data sources and dragging widgets onto a canvas. It can call any LLM, generate widgets from natural-language prompts and be self-hosted.
Apps connect to databases, SaaS tools, REST and GraphQL APIs and language models, and you can customize everything in JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Git version control and CI/CD support fit it into engineering workflows, and self-hosting keeps access to internal data inside your network.
Common uses include support dashboards, AI apps that add LLM interactions to internal data, UIs on top of IT workflow scripts and Salesforce extensions that cut seat costs. Appsmith also offers Kite AI, and the open-source project is on GitHub.
