Agents are configured in Agentforce Builder with topics, instructions and actions drawn from Flows, Apex and MuleSoft APIs. The Atlas reasoning engine plans steps, and Data Cloud grounds answers in customer records.
Prebuilt agents cover service replies, sales development, lead nurturing and more. Testing Center and guardrails help teams check agent behavior before release.
