Voicegain
FreemiumSpeech-to-text APIs and voice agents you can run on-premises
What is Voicegain?
Voicegain offers speech recognition, speech analytics and voice agent APIs that can run in its cloud, in your own VPC or fully on-premises. It also sells Casey, a ready-made voice AI suite for health insurance payers, and Clara for ambient listening in home-based care.
Developers sign up, get an API key and call batch or streaming speech-to-text, a telephony bot API, speech analytics or MRCP-based ASR for existing VoiceXML IVR systems. A web console lets teams build LLM-powered voice agents by choosing STT models and TTS voices, connecting calls over SIP and routing them.
Casey targets health plans, third-party administrators and pharmacy benefit managers and runs in Voicegain's HIPAA-compliant cloud, with VPC deployment for larger payers. New accounts get $50 of credit with no card required, and on-premises deployment is aimed at regulated industries.
