VideoTube
FreemiumCuts long videos into captioned shorts for social platforms
What is VideoTube?
VideoTube takes a long video, podcast or webinar, finds the strongest moments and cuts them into vertical clips with captions. It can also reframe landscape footage, remove filler words and silences, and add AI B-roll. Creators, podcasters and educators are the main audience.
You paste a YouTube link or upload a file, and the AI detects hooks and highlights, assigns a viral score to each clip and builds the shorts. Animated subtitles are generated automatically, and output is sized for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
Beyond clipping the workspace includes separate tools for adding captions, reframing, and AI video generation. Trying it needs no signup for a first pass, and a free login is offered. Plan prices are not listed on the pricing page text.
