Vicena

Vicena, formerly Mirrorthink, is an AI assistant for scientists and engineers that reviews literature, analyzes experimental data and operates scientific software. It can also send approved test briefs to partner laboratories and use the results to plan the next experiment.

A session starts from a research question, such as why battery cells are ageing, along with your data files. Vicena reads the relevant papers, fits and compares models, runs simulations, and shows its methods and output files so you can check them before anything goes to a lab.

Lab work only starts after you approve a scope and quote, and Vicena's team coordinates qualified laboratories for characterization and testing. It covers chemistry, biotech, materials, CFD, photonics, semiconductor and circuit work, and the interface is available in English, Chinese and Spanish.
