Veggie AI

Veggie AI generates videos where you control who appears and what they do. You upload a character photo and either an action video or a text prompt, and the tool produces a clip in which that character performs the motion.

It offers four modes, including Mix, where a character image is combined with a video of a person performing an action, and Animate, where a photo is driven by a text motion prompt. The character can be a real person, an anime figure or any other kind of character.

The site also lists a Live Portrait tool and a playground. Paid plans are credit-based, with higher tiers adding a commercial license, more adjustable parameters and faster generation. There is no free trial, so credits must be purchased to use it.
