TTSLabs generates spoken alerts for live streams from chat messages, tips and channel point rewards. A request renders in a few seconds, so the speech arrives while the moment is still live.
Streamers choose from more than 80 custom voices, can enable sound clips that viewers drop into messages, and manage a live queue with skip and replay controls. A profanity filter checks every request before it plays.
Setup uses a Twitch sign-in and a link to StreamElements or a similar service. The free plan has monthly limits on AI voice alerts, while Pro removes them and moves requests to the front of the processing queue.
