What is Tangle?
Tangle is an ERP for small and mid-sized manufacturers that includes Milo, an AI engineer that builds workflows, screens, reports and automations on request. Changes are tried in a sandbox first, so a shop can run Tangle next to its old system before switching.
The core covers configure-to-order quoting, visual BOMs, multi-level work orders, shop floor cards with time tracking, inventory and purchasing with lot traceability, and capacity scheduling with an AI bottleneck review. Invoices and purchase orders sync to your accounting system.
For shops not ready to replace their ERP, Tangle Xray reads the screens of the legacy system and shows history, inventory and actions in place. Xray is opening to a limited number of shops through a waiting list.
