Sukha

Sukha is a focus app formerly known as Centered that runs in the background while you work, pairing a to-do list and timer with music and distraction blocking. An AI assistant splits large tasks into smaller steps and keeps you on track during sessions.

Each session combines lofi or binaural music, an automated Pomodoro timer and a task list. The AI task manager can break a vague goal into concrete pieces, which the founder pitches as help for people who stall on big tasks, and a voice nudges you back when you drift to your phone or social media.

It runs on Mac, Windows and Chromebook inside any Chromium browser, and blocking covers apps and websites on desktop as well as the phone. There is no free tier: everyone starts with a three-day trial, then chooses a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime payment.
