SortResume.ai reads a job description, drafts weighted selection criteria with a ChatGPT-based model and scores every resume against them to produce a shortlist. Recruiters and small hiring teams use it to cut through large applicant pools.

After the criteria are generated you can edit or add requirements, then review all candidates in one place, compare them criterion by criterion and read the reasoning behind each score. The aim is to apply the same standard to every applicant.

Plans are sized by the number of resumes scored each month, with extra credits available when the quota runs out. Paid tiers add API access, more seats and stronger reasoning, and integrations and advanced analytics are listed as coming soon.
