Snipo

Snipo is a Chrome extension that lets you take timestamped notes while watching videos and saves them straight to Notion. It supports YouTube, Udemy, Coursera, Skillshare and LinkedIn Learning, and includes an AI flashcard maker.

While a video plays, you can capture screenshots of charts or slides, read the transcript and add notes tied to the exact time. Entire YouTube playlists or courses can be synced to Notion in one click, and keyboard shortcuts control speed and capture without leaving the page.

The AI flashcard feature builds cards from a learning video or any webpage, lets you save them in custom decks and exports them to Anki. The site says it has over 50,000 users, a self-reported figure.
