Slick

Slick is a short-form video editor that adds captions, trims silences and filler words, inserts relevant B-roll and applies zoom effects automatically. Creators can also paste a YouTube link and have the tool cut shorts from the most interesting parts.

Captions come in a regularly growing set of styles that can be fully customized, and the editor supports 106 languages and aspect ratios up to 4K. Other tools include background music and sound effects, trim and extend controls, filler word removal and templates you can reuse.

Higher plans add faceless video series that publish up to three times a day, auto-posting to YouTube and TikTok, more team seats and 60 FPS export. An API with documentation and an affiliate program are listed on the site.
