Sensay interviews departing employees with an AI interviewer, organizes what they know and turns it into a chat assistant the rest of the team can query. It is meant to stop expertise walking out the door when staff move on.

An admin sets up the organization, invites the people who are leaving and Sensay schedules their interview. The AI interviewer, called Sophia, asks about role nuances and tacit knowledge that rarely makes it into documentation.

Teammates then query the resulting knowledge base through Slack and Teams integrations or ask it to generate custom documents on demand. Pricing is per knowledge base per year, and the company points visitors to a demo.
