Revoicer

Revoicer is an online text-to-speech app with more than 80 voices that can be given moods such as cheerful, sad, whispering or excited. Marketers, educators and podcasters use it to produce voiceovers for videos without recording.

You paste a script, choose a voice, then adjust pitch and speed and add an emotion to the delivery. The app runs in the browser, so nothing needs to be installed, and it covers English and more than 40 other languages.

The site targets sales videos, education videos and podcast content, with sample galleries for listening to voices before you decide. The pricing page could not be read when retrieved, so plan details need checking on the site.
