What is RecipeScan?
RecipeScan is an iPhone and iPad app that inventories your fridge or pantry from a photo and suggests recipes, then builds a grocery list for missing items. It also saves recipes from cookbook pages, websites and social video links.
Recipes can be imported from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Facebook links, recipe websites, cookbook scans, plain text or Paprika, JSON and CSV exports. A meal planner fills the week and turns it into a shared grocery list with duplicates merged.
An AI calorie tracker estimates meals from a photo, barcode or sentence and syncs with Apple Health, and a leftover tool writes recipes from what remains. Widgets and Siri Shortcuts are supported, and most AI features require Premium.
