What is Plask?
Plask extracts body and hand motion from an ordinary video and applies it to a 3D character, with lighting and camera controls in the browser. Animators, indie game developers and hobbyists use it to get usable motion without a capture suit.
You upload any video, from phone footage to online clips, import a character, and the motion is applied. Blinking and physics are supported for MMD and VRM models, and effects such as motion blur and depth of field can be added. Results export as FBX, BVH or GLB for Blender, Unreal Engine and other tools.
Plask Live is a newer add-on for streaming motion into Blender and Unreal Engine. Paid plans add capture minutes, multi-person capture, faster processing and storage.
