Noctie
Free trialChess bot that plays like a human at your level and teaches from your games
What is Noctie?
Noctie is a chess training app with an AI opponent that imitates human play at 25 levels, from about 400 to 2800 Elo. It gives feedback on every move and builds puzzles from your own mistakes.
You can pick an opening for the bot to play, import your repertoire, set up custom positions and endgames, and rate each move on a scale from blunder to excellent. Puzzle decks from your games use spaced repetition.
The model was trained on billions of games between humans, so its openings, errors and move timing resemble real opponents. It runs on web, iOS and Android, with a 7-day free trial and no free tier afterwards.
