Layometry

Layometry plans wall and floor tiling in 3D, calculating full tiles, cuts, niches, openings and joints between connected surfaces. Tilers and renovators can type a room description and its AI Builder sets up the walls, floor and tiles in the planner for them.

The assistant turns a plain sentence about dimensions, tile size, grout or a window into planner operations, shows each step in an activity feed and lets you undo any batch. It checks a handbook of trade conventions before answering, can only touch the open project, and uses the same engine that produces the 3D view and the PDF report.

The planner accounts for uneven edges, corners, projections, adhesive and tile thickness. Cut lists export as CSV or JSON, and paid plans add clean PDF reports with your logo, a view-only 3D link for clients and version history. The assistant is included on the Professional and Organisation plans.
