Jira
FreemiumAtlassian project tracker where teams assign work to AI agents
What is Jira?
Jira is Atlassian's work and project tracking tool, used by software, marketing, design, HR and operations teams. It now includes Rovo AI and lets you assign tasks to coding agents, with context drawn from a shared Teamwork Graph.
Teams plan in agile, program and campaign formats, using templates for each. Jira connects to outside coding agents through an MCP server and a command-line tool, so an agent can pick up a ticket with the surrounding project context.
Atlassian says every plan includes AI tools, and an audit trail records what both people and agents change. A free tier is offered through the Get it free button; specific plan prices were not visible on the page that was collected.
