InterviewMentor

InterviewMentor runs spoken mock interviews for behavioural questions and scores your answers against the hiring bar of top employers. It is meant for candidates preparing for loops at companies like Amazon, Google or consulting firms.

You pick a behavioural question and answer out loud, and the AI interviewer pushes back with follow-up probes the way a real panel would. Afterwards a report points to the moments where an answer weakened, explains why it would miss, and suggests what to add, such as a clearer stake, decision or measurable result.

Each mock is scored, so you can track whether your stories improve across repeated sessions. The question set includes more than 200 Bar Raiser-style interviews, and the founders say they are former interviewers from Amazon, McKinsey and Goldman. You can start free without a card, then buy single mocks or a subscription.
