What is Hugging Face?
Hugging Face is the central platform where AI labs and developers publish open models, datasets and demo apps called Spaces. It also provides inference through partner providers, dedicated endpoints and the widely used Transformers library.
Inference Providers let you call models from many hosts with one Hugging Face token, while Inference Endpoints deploy a model on dedicated GPUs. Spaces host Gradio and other apps, including free shared GPU options.
Free accounts cover most of the Hub. PRO adds more inference credits and storage, and Team and Enterprise plans add access controls, SSO and audit logs.
