Hooper
Freemium · $11.99/moBasketball stats and highlight clips from a phone recording
What is Hooper?
Hooper uses computer vision to turn phone footage of basketball games or workouts into stats, shot-by-shot analytics and highlight mixtapes. Players, parents, coaches and leagues use it to review games without special cameras or manual tagging.
You record or upload a game, and Hooper recognizes players and key events, removes dead time and builds highlights so a two-hour game can be reviewed in about 15 minutes. It works for training sessions, pickup runs, league games and tournaments.
A team plan provides a shared web film room and game film for the whole roster. There is a self-serve API for developers, an organizer area for leagues and a partnership with SoftBank Corp. for Japanese basketball.
