Hellometer

Hellometer measures drive-thru, lobby and kitchen performance in quick-service restaurants using cameras and AI. It targets franchise owners and operators who want real-time service times and loss prevention insight across their locations.

Products include a drive-thru timer that tracks vehicles in real time, a lobby timer for door-to-dine service, kitchen monitoring for food preparation and HD video monitoring for loss prevention. Setup is described as installing a camera.

The site reports that customers see a roughly 1% revenue gain for every 7 seconds removed from wait times, and a recent integration with Loop lets operators use camera footage as evidence in Uber Eats disputes. Access starts with a demo request.
