GeniusReview writes answers to performance review questions for managers and peers. You pick the employee's role, rate role-specific skills from 1 to 10, add a few notes per question, and it turns them into a personalized written review.

Roles such as software engineer, product designer and product manager each come with their own list of skills to score, and any skill can be skipped. You can keep the two sample questions or replace them with the ones from your company's review form.

Short bullet points are enough as input, since the tool expands them into full paragraphs. It works in the browser with no setup and is suited to 360-degree review cycles where many reviews are due at once.
