formsflow.ai

formsflow.ai is a low-code platform for building forms and routing submissions through approval workflows. An AI assistant can draft forms for you, and process designers can add BPMN and DMN rules, which suits government, finance, healthcare and HR teams.

Builders create forms with AI help or drag and drop, then design the workflow visually. Decision rules follow the DMN standard and processes use BPMN, so developers can extend them with code while process experts keep working in the visual editor.

Submissions are routed automatically to the right reviewer with the context they need, which cuts down on follow-up emails. The company also sells consulting, training and support services for larger rollouts.
