What is EchoFox?
EchoFox is a WhatsApp contact that transcribes and summarizes the voice messages you forward to it. It is aimed at busy professionals who get long voice notes from clients and would rather read them than listen.
After subscribing you add EchoFox to your WhatsApp contacts, forward any voice message, and a transcript comes back in the same chat, with a summary on request. It detects the language automatically and supports more than 90 languages. Transcriptions can be searched to find details later.
Voice messages themselves are not stored, and transcripts are kept for 24 hours so they can be summarized before being deleted. Messenger, Instagram and Telegram support are on the roadmap, and API access is available by contacting the founder.
