Draftwise
PaidContract drafting and review AI inside Word, based on your precedent
What is Draftwise?
Draftwise helps lawyers draft, review and negotiate contracts directly in Microsoft Word using their organization's own precedent, playbooks and preferred language. It serves large and mid-size law firms and in-house legal teams.
Its drafting agent builds client-ready drafts from deal terms and the most relevant past documents, reads redlines and comments, and suggests responses based on earlier negotiations. Deal Table lays out how similar terms were handled by client, counterparty or industry, and drafts can be checked against EDGAR for market benchmarks.
Playbook Studio turns guidelines and checklists into automatic review, Knowledge Console controls which sources feed each workflow, and Ontonomi structures a firm's knowledge into a legal ontology. Draftwise is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, mirrors DMS permissions and doesn't train public models on your data.
