DeepPDF lets you upload a PDF and ask questions about it, get summaries, and translate it with the original and translation shown next to each other. It is geared to students and researchers reading papers, with support for more than 100 languages.
Inside a document you can ask for explanations of key terms, images and formulas, which helps when working through academic papers. Files can be uploaded directly or pulled from academic sites, and a browser extension is available for Microsoft Edge.
The site also bundles converters for PDF to Word, Excel, Markdown, text and images, conversions back to PDF, and an explainer video maker that turns a PDF into a short video. Uploads go up to 200 MB on the largest plan.
