CVViZ is an applicant tracking system whose AI screening reads each résumé against the job description and ranks applicants with evidence a recruiter can check. It is built for growing teams, high-volume hiring and staffing agencies, with recruiters making the final call.

Instead of matching exact keywords, the screening looks at related experience, equivalent titles, career history, education and transferable skills, using criteria you set for each role. Alongside screening, the platform covers candidate sourcing and rediscovery, a recruitment CRM for agencies, outreach, employee referrals and a résumé parser API.

Every plan includes an AI sourcing agent, and credits for advanced parsing and AI screening are allotted per user each month. Higher tiers add workflow automation, integrations, automated scheduling, custom reports, API access and SSO. The company states SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance.
