Colormind

Colormind generates five-color palettes with a deep learning model that has learned color styles from photographs, films and popular art. Designers can lock colors they like and let it fill in the rest, or preview palettes on website templates.

Different training sets load each day, such as palettes drawn from Makoto Shinkai films, the anime Akira, portrait photography or Pokemon Gold and Silver sprites. If you lock a starting color, its position in the palette changes the results, and locking two colors at opposite ends produces in-between shades.

You can upload an image to pull a palette from it, try colors on sample website layouts, and call a public API to generate palettes from your own code. It is a free, single-purpose tool rather than a full design suite.
