Bloks

Bloks takes over the busywork of financial advisors: meeting notes, client files, follow-up emails and compliance forms. It builds a running profile of each client from meetings and emails and works alongside an existing CRM or replaces it.

Meeting notes and summaries are captured without a bot joining the call, across Teams, Zoom, Meet, Webex or in person. Follow-up emails are drafted right after, and PDF forms and compliance letters such as KYP letters are prepared for review.

The Companion plan covers meetings, follow-ups and documents, while the Un-CRM, currently in limited access, adds the full client record with asset tracking. Bloks syncs with Wealthbox, is SOC 2 Type II certified, keeps data in Canada and does not use client data to train AI.
