arivis Cloud

arivis Cloud, from ZEISS, lets researchers train AI models to segment and analyze microscope images without writing code. It is aimed at academic labs and biotech startups that need reproducible analysis of large image sets.

Users annotate examples, train a deep learning segmentation model and run it across whole data sets in the cloud. Repeatable steps can be chained into workflows built from reusable modules, and a module debugger and documentation help teams add their own code when needed.

Running in the cloud avoids buying analysis workstations and lets collaborators work on the same data from anywhere. The platform grew out of ZEISS's earlier APEER service, and new users can start with a free trial.
