Airparser
Free trialAI parser that pulls structured data from emails, PDFs and scans
What is Airparser?
Airparser extracts structured fields from emails, attachments, PDFs and scanned documents without building templates. Operations teams use it for invoices, CVs, shipping documents, order confirmations and leads, then send the data to other systems through webhooks, an API or thousands of integrations.
You define the fields you want and the AI fills them from each incoming document, including scans, images and handwriting through OCR. Python post-processing with an AI code assistant cleans and reshapes the output, and a human-in-the-loop step lets someone approve results before export.
Parsed data can flow to automation platforms like Zapier, to webhooks or through the REST API, and an MCP server connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and other agents. Plans are priced by monthly credits, where one credit equals one PDF page, email or image, and the service is GDPR compliant.
