What is Aftercare?
Aftercare adds AI to market research surveys by asking conversational follow-up questions in real time, flagging low-quality responses and coding open-ended answers automatically. It plugs into existing survey platforms used by research teams.
The Enhanced AI Follow-up API and a lighter version probe deeper into each answer while the respondent is still in the survey. A separate Data Quality API spots poor or fraudulent responses, and AI Coding groups open-ended text into themes without manual work.
Aftercare also has its own AI survey platform with a survey generator, form generator and templates for NPS, CSAT, exit, employee engagement and market research surveys. Pricing is set per customer based on volume, with a free trial and onboarding.
